P.L. Pediatrics is the local pediatric practice of Pamela Mancini, M.D. Dr. Mancini has practiced pediatric medicine in the Fredericksburg, VA area since 1989.

What we try to provide in our pediatric practice is a consistent level of superior medical care, an understanding of the individual and the family, an expertise in accessing community services for those in need, and a friendly place to come in times of illness and stress. Our staff prides itself on getting to know our patients as individuals. We provide efficient and consistent care, because we respect the time it takes you to make a visit to us. For sick or well visits, you will see the same staff, and above all, you will see that we truly enjoy children, from infants to adolescents.

Dr. Mancini's office features a special waiting room for newborns and small infants, and a play area connected to our main reception area, for use by older children.
